How to approve the Suomi.fi authorisation (EN)

Kletta prepares and submits your tax return on your behalf, but to do so we still need your authorisation. We have sent you an authorisation request via the Suomi.fi service so that we can manage your tax matters for you. Please approve the request as soon as possible to ensure that your tax return is submitted on time.


How to approve the authorisation on your phone

  1. Log in to suomi.fi using your online banking credentials.

  2. Scroll down and select “Authorisations”.

  3. Select “Company authorisations”.

  4. Choose your sole trader business and click “Select and go to the service”.

  5. If you see the message “You have authorisation requests waiting for approval (2)”, click it and continue to step 8.

  6. If you do not see the message, click the arrow on the right side of “GRANTED AUTHORISATIONS”.

  7. Select “RECEIVED REQUESTS”.

  8. Find the requests sent by Kletta Oy and click “Approve authorisations”.

How to approve the authorisation on a computer

  1. Log in to suomi.fi using your online banking credentials.

  2. Select “Authorisations”, then “Company authorisations”.

  3. Choose your sole trader business and click “Select and go to the service”.

  4. From the left-hand menu, select “Authorisation requests”“RECEIVED REQUESTS”.

  5. Open the request sent by Kletta Oy.

  6. Tick both requests and click “Approve authorisations (2)”.
