Kletta Referral Campaign

Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

This campaign terms page applies to Kletta’s referral program, through which current customers can earn rewards by referring Kletta to new users.

1. Who is the campaign for?

The referral program is open to all paying Kletta customers with an active account. Rewards will only be paid if the referrer is also a Kletta customer at the time when the reward conditions are fulfilled.

2. Eligible subscription packages

Rewards are paid only when the referred customer activates one of the following Kletta packages:

  • Duo package, or

  • Care package.

The Solo package is not included in the campaign.

3. Reward amount

For each successful referral, the following reward is paid:

  • €100 one-time reward upon meeting the conditions.

4. When is the reward paid?

The reward is paid when one of the following conditions is met:

A. Ongoing monthly subscription:

  • The customer has activated a Duo or Care package after the 60-day free trial period.

  • The customer has paid at least two (2) consecutive monthly payments (i.e. 2 paid invoices in total).

  • After this, the referrer receives the €100 reward.

B. Fixed-term annual subscription:

  • The customer chooses a 12-month fixed-term subscription (Duo or Care) right at the start.

  • In this case, the reward can be paid immediately after the subscription is activated, without a waiting period.

5. How is tracking handled?

  • Each Kletta user is given a personal referral link.

  • When a new customer registers through the link and uses the same email address in the application, the system associates the referrer’s code with the customer’s information.

  • The link must be used at the time of registration – retroactive linking is not possible.

6. Other terms

  • Kletta reserves the right to review and approve the basis for reward payments before disbursement.

  • In cases of abuse (e.g. self-referrals or unclear customer relationships), Kletta may deny the reward payment.

  • Kletta may change the campaign terms or terminate the program at any time, with prior notice.
